Wake the nation: Ts and Cs

  1. All entries are subject to all the Terms and Condition of entry into the Loeries. The full terms and conditions can be seen here
  2. The Promoter is The Loerie Awards Company (“The Promoter”).
  3. The brief is open to any citizen of Africa and The Middle East, 18 years or older, who is in possession of a valid identity document.
  4. Only submissions sent to createchange@loeries.com will be eligible.
  5. The campaign mechanics state that you need to download a brief from www.wakethenation.org.za and submit your solutions and creative ideas to createchange@loeries.com.
  6. The Loeries will work closely with all/ any shortlisted submissions to try and produce the idea with a brand.
  7. Briefs will constantly be uploaded to the above-mentioned website.
  8. The remuneration will be decided by the respective brand that chooses to implement that particular idea and may vary based on the brand.
  9. The remuneration is not exchangeable and not transferable. 
  10. Chosen briefs become the property of the Loeries, who may use it in any form and on any media, without any further remuneration or notice of use to the winner.
  11. The Loeries shall have the right to terminate the campaign immediately and without notice for any reason. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Loeries.
  12. Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of the full terms and conditions of the Loeries, as well as the specific rules on this campaign.
  13. The individual must enter an original brief. Anything deemed to be a copy, will be disqualified.
