Martin Schlumpf
Creative Director / Storyteller
Joe Public

I want to tell stories that people can relate to. As advertisers we have the power to put ideas into the world through the stories we tell. These ideas can move and inspire people on a very personal level if they’re told in an honest and authentic way. Stories can change the world.

With almost 20 years’ experience in advertising I have worked across all disciplines including brand, retail, activations, design, digital and mobile. I have helped build big established brands and I’ve been part of launching new and exciting ones. I’ve worked across all industries from banking to fried chicken and I’ve led numerous full 360-degree campaigns that are fully immersive and designed to engage customers at every touch point.

Ranked 6th and 11th Creative Director in Africa and the Middle East according to the Loeries Official rankings for 2018 and 2019 respectively. From lions to pencils to birds, I have won numerous awards both locally and internationally.
