1 Read the rules

To remain at the cutting edge, we consistently innovate our categories and entry requirements. To find out what's new in 2019, click here.

Make sure your entry is eligible. Only work that has been approved by the brand or client, and that has been commercially published, launched or aired to a substantial audience for the first time between 1 June 2018 and 31 May 2019 can be entered.

2 Check the categories and fees

Make sure you enter your work in the correct category.
The Loeries will endeavour to move entries to more appropriate categories during entry processing and prior to judging. However, it remains your responsibility to submit your entry into the correct category.

During judging the jury are not allowed to move entries between categories.

Check the entry fees.
Note that any entries completed after the 15 May deadline, will be subject to a 10% late-entry fee.

3 Entry preparation

Every category has its own preparation requirements. Be sure to check what’s required for your entry category, and make sure you enter your work in the correct format.

4 Submit your entry online

All entry forms are completed online via Loeries.com. We have updated our online process this year to make it easier than ever to track your entries and all your media via your personalised Dashboard. Watch the video on this page for a quick overview of the online process.

5 Upload digital files and send physical material

Once you have created an entry form, you can upload electronic media and link it to your entry. If your entry has physical material (e.g. Boards or 3D design pieces), you can print out labels for these pieces and then send by courier service to the Loeries office.
